- HEPA terminal filter stages H13/H14 — meets ISO Class 5 (Class 100) and above
- Close-control supply air ±0.5°C temperature and ±5% RH humidity
- Zero-leakage dampers and airtight casing for pressurisation and containment
- Factory leak-tested and DOP/PAO aerosol-challenged before dispatch
